Human Resources Office

The Human Resources Office is responsible for conducting all personal operations from choosing the right personnel to retirement or leaving from work,  within the framework of laws, legislation and regulations in accordance with the mission, vision and strategic goals of İstanbul Arel University. In this context, Human Resources Office carries out the stages such as;

• Orientation process management,
• Improving the productivity, morale and motivation of employees,
• Protecting corporate culture and legal personality,
• Carrying out the development process with in-house training,
• Carrying out the stages of rewarding success with its performance system.
